SEA collects and processes personal data for the purposes (i) for which you have provided the data or made it otherwise available to SEA or to the public, and to enable SEA to achieve those purposes fully and efficiently, (ii) as allowed by applicable law, and (iii) those purposes specified above (collectively, the "Purposes").

POLICY FOR CAMERA SURVEILLANCE
SEA uses CCTV system in capturing images and videos of employees, clients and visitors to monitor security, crime and emergency incidents or situations within its premises. The CCTV data is stored in secure locations, accessed by authorized SEA personnel for legitimate purposes and may be shared with appropriate authority for investigatory purposes.
Individuals identified on the CCTV system have the right to ask for access to footage subject to confirmation and approval of SEA’s Management.
UPDATES TO THE POLICY
SEA may amend this Policy from time to time. SEA may also update this policy to apply changes to new laws and regulations affecting the data privacy act, as well as changes in our business operations and environment. Any update will be posted on SEA’s website with a date so that you are informed of the latest Policy update.
